Happy November! 

As a way to encourage self-care towards the end of what’s been a crazy year, our clinic is hosting a Self Care Challenge and we’d love it if you came along and joined us! Try something new, engage in some self-care, and potentially win some sweet prizes! It’s a win-win-win! 🙂  


For several weeks, we will be trying to engage in a particular form of self-care each week (checkout the calendar towards the bottom of the page to see what themes we’re going to go through)! At the start of every week, we’ll send out some information about the week’s chosen theme, including ways that you can collect prize entries and tips and tricks we’ve gathered to help you integrate the challenge into your life! 



This has been a hectic year and we’d all benefit from some focused self-care to finish off 2020 strong! Also, who doesn’t love winning prizes? At the end of each week, we will be drawing names from our fishbowl of entries to see who wins the prize of the week. Each prize will be related to the weekly self-care theme. At the end of the final week, ALL entries earned throughout the challenge will be added to the grand fishbowl and we will draw a name to see who wins our final prize of a massage, facial or other pampering service in your area! 



Our weekly email will include a Google Form that you can submit to in order to tell us about how often you’ve engaged in the weekly challenge and how successful you’ve been. If you choose to participate in the weekly challenge, this submission of your weekly success via the Google Form counts as one entry (maximum of one submission per week). That means that if you do end up trying each week’s challenge, at the end of the challenge you could have a total of 6 entries into the grand fishbowl! 

Every appointment that you attend at the clinic (via telemedicine or in-person) with Dr. Sarah (Naturopathic Doctor), Dr. Micaela (Naturopathic Doctor), Dee (our Certified Nutritional Practitioner), Colleen (our Registered Massage Therapist), Lynn or Janet (our Social Workers), and Eliana (our Yoga Therapist) during the challenge will count as TWO entries per appointment.

Week Two: Drinking the Water! 

Week Three: Moving Our Bodies 

Week Four: Nourishing Our Bodies 

Week Five: Getting Some Sleep 

Week Six: Mindfulness & Gratitude 


We hope that you will join us as we explore and focus on these various ways to incorporate some self care into our lives. Hopefully you learn something new about yourself on this journey!
